Upcoming Summer 2012 Mission Trip

SOHI is pleased to announce the blessing of our partnership with the student ministry of Lizella Baptist Church in Georgia for our upcoming summer 2012 mission trip to Uganda.
We thank Rev. Will Turner and his students for selecting SOHI for their 2012 mission trip and the students' fundraiser last autumn and generous donation to benefit the SOHI program in Uganda.

What We Do

Thanks to the generous support of donors like you, Seeds of Hope International is making a positive impact in the lives of disadvantaged children in Africa with our current focus on the Republic of Uganda. The children are learning that Christian values of love, honesty and strong ethics are far more effective for living productive and happy lives than adhering to principles that arose out of trying to survive. They are the seeds of generations to come who will be rooted in the knowledge of Christ and taught the importance of being self-sufficient and not relying perpetually on others to provide for daily needs.

Our Goals

To provide disadvantaged children with a good academic education and training enabling them to break free of the chains of poverty and poverty mentality.
Educate these children about the love of Jesus Christ and how living a Christian life will bring about blessings not only for themselves but also for others around them.
Strengthen these children physically and spiritually.
Build and operate a Seeds of Hope International Academy that will serve as an example of excellence in Christian pre-college and vocational education. The academy will include boarding facilities that will also serve as homes and provide a nurturing family environment for those needing homes.

Our Purpose

It is the purpose of Seeds of HOPE International to see lives touched and hearts changed for the glory of Jesus Christ. "Those who sow in tears will reap with songs of joy. He who goes out weeping, carrying seed to sow, will return with songs of joy, carrying sheaves with him."
